DECOY | Brut Rosé | California
Artfully combined Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with aromas of Bing cherry, wild strawberry, candied lemon rind and graham cracker. On the palate, generous fruit flavors are framed by a lively balance between luxurious mousse and vibrant acidity, which carries the wine to a bright, sophisticated finish.
DECOY | Sauvignon Blanc | California
Tantalizing aromas of gooseberry, passionfruit, sweet lime and hints of mango. On the palate it is refreshing and well-rounded with lovely minerality supporting the citrus and tropical fruit flavors as they glide to a long, crisp finish.
PAIRING: Spring Farro
Prosciutto di parma, marinated cherry tomato, cucumber, melon, feta, fresh mint
PALLADINO | Azienda Vinicola Gavi di Gavi | Italy

PAIRING: Smoked Salmon
Dill crème fraiche, fried capers, shallot, lemon zest
QUINTA DE SAES | Dão Tinto | Portugal
On the nose, bright fresh cherry, pomegranate, candied violet, rose petal and flint. On the palate, elegant and fresh, with floral and spice notes wrapped around a core of fresh cherry fruit. Finishes long, with mouthwatering acidity and a consistent beam of minerality through the finish.
PAIRING: Pasta con Funghi
Tagliatelle, wild mushroom ragout, sage brown butter, Parmigiano Reggiano
BRENDEL | Cabernet Sauvignon | California
Minty, herbal and dusty, with cherries and tobacco joining in. Medium to full-bodied, it’s bright, fresh and taut, with a crisp, slightly greenish edge to the long, racy finish.
PAIRING: New York Strip
Sauce au poivre, roasted asparagus, honey glazed tri-colored carrots
SESTI | Toscana Monteleccio | Italy
Aromas of warm cherry, raspberry, dried herbs, leather, and dark chocolate. Rich and sumptuous on the palate.

Portugal is home to over 250 native wine varieties, more than any other country on earth. The tradition of winemaking in Portugal runs deep with distinctive regions and a climate with enough variation to bring forth a world of choices. We’ll explore five wines with our guide Naama Laufer from NLC Wines.
A beautiful, 5-course menu reflective of the region will be paired with this adventurous collection of Portuguese wines.
