We welcome intimate and larger private group events at all our Napa Kitchen + Bar locations.
Here are answers to most frequently asked questions about private event options…

What are minimum and maximum guest counts for private events?

NAPA DUBLIN
Minimum 15 guests / Maximum 32 for larger groups.
We also have 2 semi-private tables where we can accommodate groups of up to 8 guests per table.

NAPA MONTGOMERY
Minimum 15 guests / Maximum 35 for larger groups.
We also have 2 semi-private tables where we can accommodate groups of up to 6 guests per table.

NAPA TOLEDO
Minimum 15 guests for buffet event / No minimum for plated events
We have 1 private room / maximum 15 guests
One semi-private room / minimum 20 guests, maximum 50 guests

NAPA WESTERVILLE
Minimum 15 guests / Maximum 40 for larger groups.
We also have 1 semi-private table that can accommodate up to 15 seated guests with space around the table for up to 25 seated and gathered around the table.

Is there a fee to reserve the room?

There is no fee to reserve the room if the food and beverage minimum is met (see minimums below). If the food and beverage minimum is not met, the unmet balance is added to the final bill as a room charge.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a date?

There is a $100 deposit required. It is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the event date. The deposit is applied to the food and beverage purchased for your event.

Do you have food and beverage minimums?

We have established food and beverage minimums for private events at our Dublin and Westerville locations. Please contact our Montgomery location (513) 745-9568 and our Toledo location (216) 353-4951 for their minimum details.

Monday – Friday | Open – 3:00 pm  | $400
Saturday – Sunday | Open – 3:00 pm  | $600

Sunday – Thursday | 3:00 pm – Close | $600
Friday – Saturday | 3:00 pm – Close | $1,000

Napa Westerville Food & Beverage Minimums
Monday – Friday | Open – 3:00 pm | $350
Saturday – Sunday | Open – 3:00 pm | $500

Sunday – Thursday | 3:00 pm – Close | $600
Friday – Saturday | 3:00 pm – Close | $1,200
